During my 10-night stay, I was truly impressed by the exceptional service from the front office team, who went out of their way to make sure every guest was satisfied, especially in a crowded setting. The double room was comfortable, and the outdoor swimming pool facilities, particularly the water slides, offered great fun for my family. the food options were limited and not very appealing, which could use improvement.
